Dragons
(and other scaly creatures)
I've loved dragons since I was a little kid! I don't really remember what exactly started it all, haha. Being Asian-American, I learned early on that I was born in the year of the dragon, and that might've been where it grew from.
I grew up with DragonArt: How to Draw Fantastic Dragons and Fantasy Creatures by J "NeonDragon" Peffer and Dragonology: The Complete Book of Dragons by Dugald Steer.
This feels like armchair-psychoanalyzing myself, but a part of me maybe also identified with the monstrous side of dragons? I was a taller-than-average child, and sometimes I didn't feel like I fit in.
And now I think dragons are hot.
